What brand mowers do you use?Our conventional mowers are Cub Cadet is our preferred brand. They are highly reliable and Made in the U.S.A. Our robotic mowers are made by an Italian robotic company called Ambrogio. They have been building robotic mowers for over 20 years.

What types of mowers do you offer?Riding mowers (42"), Zero-Turn mowers (54").

Do you offer battery powered equipment?No not currently.

Can I use a Lawn Mower Club mower for my landscaping company?Equipment can only be used on one property, identified at the time of sign-up and not for commercial use e.g. landscaping companies or other profit generating tasks. We do allow our mowers to be used for businesses that need to cut their grass.

Can I sign up online?Complete the form on our website and we will contact you within 1 business day to schedule delivery of your mower.

What are the restrictions to joining the club?Customer must be at least 21 years old, with a valid drivers license and be on a property less than 4 acres. New members to the annual plans will sign a service agreement for an initial 12 months.

After I sign up, can I upgrade my membership level?"Of course annual plan members. We will take care of everything. Delivery will occur as soon as the new equipment is ready, at which time we will also collect your original mower.

Do you offer other equipment besides lawn mowers?We also offer weed trimmers for membership, in conjunction with a conventional or robotic system.

Can I use the equipment for my business?In short, yes. We do allow business that want to cut their single business property themselves. However, we do not allow the equipment to be used for a commercial landscape business.

What is required to cancel my membership?A 30-day cancellation notice is required for all annual plan accounts. Typically, there will be an additional month of billing, accounts are cancelled after equipment is picked up.

Can I cancel my membership early?Lawn Mower Club members: An early termination fee based upon the number of months remaining on your agreement may apply. Conventional memberships active greater than 12 months only require a 30-day notice.

Can I pause my membership?At this time, we do not support paused memberships.

I cancelled but changed my mind, can I restart my membership?"Of course. If we have already picked up the mower, you will be responsible for the activation fee again.

Is there a contract (agreement)?Yes, our memberships have an initial 12 month membership agreement. After the completion of the initial term, the membership converts to a month to month agreement.

Are all agreements 12 months?Our membership agreements are 12 months from the date of equipment delivery.

Do I pay the membership in the winter?Yes. Having the equipment year-round ensures you can meet the needs of an early or extended growing season, assist with leaf management and receive lower than industry pricing.

Can I buy the lawn mower after my contract is up?No, our member equipment is not for sale. However, from year to year we do sell our older equipment in the spring, call us for details.

How much is my first payment?At the time of sign-up of a Conventional Mower membership, your first payment includes the reservation fee and 1st month plus taxes.

When do my monthly membership payments get charged?Monthly payments are scheduled according to the day equipment is delivered. If your lawn mower is delivered on the 2nd, your monthly payments will be processed on the 2nd of each month.

Do you prorate the monthly payments by the day.No, we do not prorate the monthly membership payments.

What payment options do you accept?ACH Bank Draft, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit Card.

What is an ACH payment?A secure direct connection between your bank and our bank, similar to direct deposit, that automatically deducts the monthly dues. We will only need your bank name, routing number and account number. It is our preferred payment method and is just as secure as using a credit card.

What is the reservation fee?This is a one-time non-refundable payment that covers the upfront costs to providing the equipment for our Conventional Mower memberships.

How do I update my payment information?Click the payment link within the invoice or call us at 629-777-5058.

Do you have any discounts or coupons?A $50 credit is available to existing members who refer new members, payable upon delivery of the mower to the new member.

What areas are serviced by the Mower Genius Lawn Mower Club?Currently southern Middle Tennessee counties as well as north Alabama.

What if I don't live in a currently serviced area?Contact us with your specific address and we will update you on our expansion plans.

How do I get my Mower Genius Lawn Mower Club equipment to my home?As part of the membership, Mower Genius will deliver the mower to your home.

How long will it take to get my mower?Our goal is to deliver all gas-powered mowers within 5 business days.

Where do I store the lawn mower?Conventional Mower memberships: Equipment is stored at your house in a secure location away from the outside elements, preferably a garage or storage shed.

What if I do not have a shed or garage?We do allow you to store the mower under an approved cover, but it must be in a part of the property where the equipment cannot be seen and secured with a lock. Approved covers are available for purchase, simply request one when scheduling delivery of the mower.

Who is responsible for repairs, maintenance?"Mower Genius takes care of all issues and scheduled maintenance that are part of responsibly using a lawn mower and lawn equipment.

Am I responsible for anything to maintain the mower?Conventional Mower membership: Just add gas. To prevent unseen issues, we do ask you to check the oil level before each mowing.

What are the typical repairs, maintenance Mower Genius takes care of?"Anything that prevents you from successfully and safely mowing the lawn that was not caused by negligence or improper storage such as blade sharpening, oil change, dead battery, etc. This includes a required winter maintenance procedure for our Robotic Systems. Which includes battery maintenance, new blade and unit inspection.

Once a repair is requested, how long until you service my mower?"We do our best to have repairs completed or a replacement mower provided within one week of receiving your service request.

How long does a repair take?On the date scheduled, most repairs are completed at your house within 2 hours. Significant repairs may take a few days and if necessary, a replacement mower may be provided.

What if the lawn mower gets damaged?Contact us with details about the damage. We will schedule an inspection and determine the best course of action for fixing or replacing the lawn mower. If the damage was caused by negligence, improper storage, etc. you may be responsible for the repair cost.
